Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Who we are
VentureSoccer ("we", "us", "our") is operated by VentureSoccer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17383644, with registered office at 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at support@venturesoccer.co.uk, or see clause 16 for other ways to reach us.
2. What VentureSoccer is
VentureSoccer is a subscription content service providing football analysis and statistical match predictions, published as written editorial content and delivered by email. The service is delivered wholly online, as digital content, rather than as physical goods sent to you. Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
We do not accept, place, hold or settle bets. We do not facilitate any gambling transaction. We award no prizes, winnings or cash of any kind. Nothing on this site or in our emails constitutes financial or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
3. Age restriction
VentureSoccer is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using this service you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription tiers and pricing
We offer the following membership tiers:
• Bronze - free, includes a limited preview of weekly content and our published track record
• Silver - paid monthly or annual subscription, includes full weekly content
• Gold - paid monthly or annual subscription, includes full weekly content plus additional insight and alternative selections
Before you subscribe, we show you clearly the price, billing frequency, and what each tier includes, so you have the key information you need before entering into a contract with us. Current prices are shown on our pricing page at the point of signup. We reserve the right to change prices for future billing periods, with reasonable notice given to existing subscribers.
5. Payment and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will send you a reminder before each renewal, by email to the address linked to your account, confirming the renewal date and the price you will be charged, so you can decide in good time whether to continue, change tier, or cancel. We're putting this practice in place now because it reflects the direction of UK consumer law: new subscription contract rules under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 are expected to make renewal reminders and related protections a formal legal requirement from spring 2027, and we intend to be ready for that.
6. Your right to cancel during the cooling-off period
If you take out a paid subscription, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your contract with us for any reason, without needing to give a reason, within 14 days of subscribing (the “cooling-off period”). This is separate from, and in addition to, your ongoing right to cancel your subscription at any time as described in clause 7 below.
How to exercise this right: to cancel during the cooling-off period, simply tell us clearly that you want to cancel - for example by emailing support@venturesoccer.co.uk, or by using the cancel option in your account settings (the same place you signed up). You don't need to use a special form. It helps if you tell us your name, your account email address, and the date you subscribed. If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund any payment you have made, normally within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel.
When this right is lost for digital content: because VentureSoccer's content is digital content delivered to you immediately online, rather than goods delivered to you physically, the law allows us to ask you to give up your 14-day cooling-off right in exchange for getting immediate access to your subscription instead of waiting 14 days. We will only treat your cooling-off right as lost once we have started supplying your subscription content if both of the following apply: (a) you have given us your express consent, at the point of signing up, for us to start providing your subscription content straight away, before the 14-day period ends; and (b) you have separately acknowledged, at that same point, that giving this consent means you will lose your right to cancel and receive a refund once we have started supplying the content. We ask for this consent and acknowledgement clearly and separately at checkout - it is not bundled in with your agreement to these Terms generally. If you do not give this consent, we will not provide you with paid content until the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, unless you later ask us to start earlier.
Your statutory rights: nothing in this clause, or anywhere else in these Terms, affects your other statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
7. Cancelling your subscription
Beyond the cooling-off period described in clause 6, you may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your account settings - the same channel you used to sign up - with no need to phone us, write to us, or go through any separate process. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law or where you are exercising your cooling-off right under clause 6.
8. Our track record
We publish our full prediction track record, including losing periods as well as winning ones. Past results are historical only and are not indicative of future performance. No prediction service, including ours, can guarantee an edge over bookmaker markets.
9. Acceptable use
When you use VentureSoccer, you agree that you will not:
• share, publish, screenshot, or otherwise redistribute paid subscriber content (Silver or Gold tier content) publicly, or to anyone who is not entitled to see it;
• resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute our tips, coupons, or insight, whether on their own or bundled with anything else;
• use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other systematic process to extract, copy, mirror, or republish our content or data;
• share your account login, or otherwise let anyone else access paid content through your account - each paid subscription is for one individual's personal use only, subject to clause 10;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
We may monitor use of the service to check compliance with this clause. See clause 11 for what happens if you breach it.
10. Intellectual property and your licence to use our content
All content published on VentureSoccer - including our analysis, predictions, coupons, articles, track record data, branding, and the underlying model and website - is owned by VentureSoccer Ltd or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Subscribing to VentureSoccer gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use our content for your own private, non-commercial use. This licence does not give you any ownership rights in the content, and ends automatically if your subscription ends, or if we suspend or terminate your account under clause 11.
11. Suspending or terminating your account
We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to paid content, if we reasonably believe you have breached clause 9 (Acceptable use) or any other part of these Terms, or if we need to do so to protect the security or integrity of the service. Where practical, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right first, unless the breach is serious or repeated. If we terminate your account for breach, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of your current billing period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Changes to the service
We're always looking to improve VentureSoccer, so we may add, change, or remove features, tiers, or content from time to time - for example, changing what's included in a tier, or how content is delivered. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the value of your subscription. If you're not happy with a change we make, you can cancel in line with clause 7. We will not reduce your access to content you've already paid for within a billing period without good reason.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureSoccer Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content published on this site, including any betting or gambling losses incurred by a user acting on our content elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
14. Force majeure and service interruption
We'll always try to keep VentureSoccer running and to deliver content on time, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to provide the service caused by something outside our reasonable control - for example, internet or hosting outages, failures of third-party data providers, power cuts, or other similar events. If an interruption significantly affects your subscription, we will act reasonably - for example, by extending your billing period or offering a partial refund for the affected time.
15. Privacy
We only collect and use your personal data as described in our separate Privacy Policy, available at venturesoccer.co.uk/privacy. That policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. These Terms cover your use of the service; our Privacy Policy covers how we handle your data - please read both.
16. How to contact us
If you have a question, a complaint, or need help with your subscription, you can reach us at support@venturesoccer.co.uk - we aim to respond within 5 working days. You can also write to us at our registered office address given in clause 1. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a complaint, you can raise it with your local Trading Standards service or Citizens Advice, who can offer independent guidance on consumer complaints.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is significant, we will let you know by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19. Responsible gambling
VentureSoccer is an entertainment product, not a betting service. If you or someone you know needs support with gambling, free confidential help is available from BeGambleAware: https://www.begambleaware.org
